Everyday Heroes employee-recognition program.
Background
The HR department tasked me and a designer with creating a simple employee-recognition program. We delivered a branded program that tied in to our current “Superheroes” advertising, which resonated well with employees. We also worked with the web team to create an easy-to-use web portal for nominations, which has helped keep the program going strong.
